Zantedeschia Green Point is an evergreen variety of Arum with clumps of lush dark green foliage with tall stems of cream and green flowers in late Spring or early Summer. Also known as Arum Green Goddess, this stately plant is guaranteed to brighten up a shady spot and willl cope well with boggy soil.
Arum Lillies are easy to grow in any position that is naturally damp. The long lasting flowers make excellent cut flowers. Tubers can be left in the ground for several years and in late Summer to Autumn may be lifted and divided, if desired. Green Goddess will go dormant in hot dry conditions but as soon as the Autumn rains come will start to emerge again.

Grow Arum Lily ‘Green Point’ in a full sun to semi shaded spot with humus rich, moist soil. Their height and form is perfect for the middle of a bed or border. A layer of compost mulch in summer will help keep the soil up to their standard and aid with water retention. Arum lilies don’t like to be disturbed so give them a full season to settle and be at their best.
Arum lilies have made a bad name for themselves as invasive, it has to be said they will settle in by a stream or pond and grow to a nice clump, but they will not roam – so don’t dump their tubers anywhere that you don’t want them to grow and there isn’t a worry.
The foliage is Arum Lily ‘Green Point’ is mid to dark green, It is lush and forms a generous clump in the garden. As well as the blooms the leaves make a lovely addition to the vase. From planting they take 8-16 weeks to bloom depending on conditions.
