ABOUT ANIGOZANTHOS BUSH BONANZA
Kangaroo Paw Bush Bonanza is a smaller growing variety that will show off classic yellow flowersin Spring.
Like all Kangaroo Paws, Bush Bonanza is excellent as a cut flower, and grows well in a large pot as well as a well drained sunny spot. This variety does not tolerate humidity well so ensure an open sunny position is selected for this variety. Bush Gems Kangaroo Paws have developed a reputation for excellent flowering performance much improved disease tolerance and compact heights than other varieties of Kangaroo Paw.
The colour and form of Kangaroo Paws make them one of the most rewarding Australian native plants for the home garden. Kangaroo Paws make a good cut flower as they remain fresh for weeks. They are an excellent plant for rockeries or containers. Grows best in well drained soils in a sunny position.

Good drainage is essential. If growing in pots only use a native potting mix.
It likes a deep watering if the warmer months of the year are dry, as winter approaches less water is needed. Doesn’t like being wet.
Remove old flowers and leaves then prune after flowering to keep dense and to shape. Can be done any time in the warmer months of the year.
Height:
Height to 60cm and width to 45cm. Cut old flowering stems back to their base to tidy and encourage repeat flowering. Protect from heavy frosts.
